Delivery Details

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we will call you and offer you an alternative product or delivery time.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Free delivery on orders over £100 (exclusive of VAT) within a 25 mile radius of our warehouse in Bridgnorth, Shropshire WV16 5JL.

• £6.50 per order up to 30kg

• Mainland UK only

• Will be delivered within 2 working days from receipt of order and cleared payment.

Upon delivery please inspect the goods (if the goods are damaged you MUST sign for them as “Damaged”)  and report damages or errors to us as soon as possible by calling 01746 768314 between the hours of  9.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday, in the event that goods cannot be inspected on delivery then please sign for them as unexamined.

Carriers cannot ship some chemicals, which may be of a hazardous nature, these make up only a small proportion of our chemical range and we would inform you of an alternative product when an order is placed.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please call 01746 768314 within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

The goods may be returned to us within 7 working days from receipt of order but need to be in their original packing, along with the invoice.  All return and re shipping charges are the Customers liability.

For your protection Provac recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

PAYMENT METHODS

Account facilities are available for regular ordering, following completion of our account application form which will be forwarded to you.

Should you prefer we will pro-forma the invoice on receipt of order. Cheques payable to Provac Cleaning Supplies and post to 12a Northgate, Bridgnorth, Shropshire WV15 4ER. Goods will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared.
